- Twelve of fourteen open items resolved (01, 02, 04 through 12, 14) plus the bonus period. Two remain, both waiting on outside parties: 03 (DOPL supervisor approval) and 13 (new suite). See Open items.
- Time off rewritten. “Paid time off” replaced by Time off and the four-day week: no PTO bank, banked days and days on credit, unpaid full weeks. Holidays and Sick time rewritten to match. Final pay updated: nothing to pay out.
- Compensation mirrored to the hiring site. Production bonus now states the published formula and the monthly bonus period. “Health stipend” renamed the Benefits allowance. New Benefits elections page with the cafeteria-plan, written-authorization, and salary-floor conditions. CE stipend mechanics set and Utah’s 40-hour CE rule added.
- New pages: Accommodations (ADA interactive process, religion, pregnancy under Utah Code § 34A-5-106 and the PWFA, PUMP Act nursing breaks); Your rights at work (NLRA Section 7, Utah off-duty expression, personal accounts, firearms in vehicles, pay notice); Compliance map.
